UI/UX Developer

About the Role

A UI/UX Developer is responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for websites, applications, and software platforms. This role combines design thinking with front-end execution to ensure digital experiences are visually appealing, intuitive, and functional.

You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs, build effective interfaces, and continuously improve usability through testing and iteration.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons, search fields, and interactive components.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites function and appear.
• Create original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness and usability concerns.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, and images.

Qualifications

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, UI/UX Developer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
